# Send Delete Request

 * Hello,
    from tests carried out, the user can not select the delete option. When
   I click on “Send Delete Request” I do not receive any cancellation request in
   the “backend” of my site. “List of delete requests” remains empty.

    the theme is PHLOX of AVERTA. I also use GDPR compilance.
   I have installed wordfense for security. Users do not need to be registered to
   post a comment. they just need to enter name, email, and text. The comment must
   be authorized by the administrator. The “list of users that requested for information”
   is visible, the contacts that require the email are present. GDPR User Fields
   is set as default. General Settings: Max Requests for Day 3 Max Confirmation 
   AttemptsMax Confirmation Attempts 3 I have also installed cb mail sendere configured
   with email no-reply.
