 * Great plugin you’ve made.
 * Question: Is it possible to change the email post time to manually, so I can 
   send it when I feel like and not every morning/evening or when a new post is 
   published?
 * That feature would be nice and make the plugin even more great

 * Not really right now, it would have to save each post to some extra database 
   table, a queue … which is sort of planned for next versions. But not really now,
   very busy lately.
