# Send Error, Captcha Not Appearing, Multiple Issues

 * Hi,
 * There are multiple issues with the contact forms, starting about two days ago.
 * On some pages, the contact form would display an error “THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING
   TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” Example: [https://www.safetyoneinc.com/training/fall-protection-training/advanced-fall-protection-safety-rescue-certification/](https://www.safetyoneinc.com/training/fall-protection-training/advanced-fall-protection-safety-rescue-certification/)
 * On some other pages, the contact form does not display [recaptcha] and when you

 * We also have not been able to update the plugin since 4.8 because the form would
   stuck in a forever sync mode, as we reported in this open ticket a while ago:

 * Installed WP Mail SMTP and solved both the error message and the recaptcha issue.
   However, the updated plugin still has the “forever sync”, so we are stuck with
   4.8 …
