# Send mail function may failed.

 * Upon activation of mainwp dashboard this warning is shown at the top of the screen
   in all admin pages
 * “Send mail function may failed.”
 * sending emails still seems to function OK.
    I have only recently noticed the 
   warning.
 * warning is still there even if mainwp is the only plugin active

 * thanks for reaching out.
 * MainWP has the feature to check if the wp_mail() works properly. In some cases,
   it can return a false positive.
 * Since you are sure that emails are being sent properly from your MainWP Dashboard
   site, you can simply dismiss that warning and continue using the MainWP plugin
   normally.
