   to use the reply/update button. what will the button do if it doesn’t send message?

   Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked and it’s working fine on my 
   local environment. It seems a conflict issue. Can you please check by changing
   the theme?

 * Well, it’s not related to themes. The problem is from my end, not the customers.
   But I tried changing the theme, and the issue remains. which is expected.
 * its the plugin’s backend where the send message button doesn’t work. Is it just
   for show or anything?
