 * Can this plugin send other fields through to PayPal, specifically first and last
   name. If so, how? If not, are you aware of a way to accomplish?

 * This feature is not available with this plugin, but this can be achieved if we
   pass those first and last name values into the url that opens on clicking paypal
   submit button. Only 2 extra parameters are required to be added. Please check
   here,
