# Send test doesn’t work

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to test e-mail however when I click on Send test button, it doesn’t
   work and shows error: “email could not be sent, please check if your settings
   are correct and saved.”
 * I don’t have any errors in the console.
 * I have installed Easy SMTP plugin. Can it cause any problems? I need it to avoid
   emails that goes to spam.

 * I have the same Problem since today. 2 days ago everything worked fine.
    When
   I try to send a Review Reminder from orders, it shows additional “Error 1”.

 * Yup, sane here. Haven’t done anything to the site, not installed any plugins 
   etc… Sane issue. Might be their servers that have shut down or someting…

   fine.

 * I am on version 3.77 and everything is working fine. Emails are sent, Review 
   site is up.
