    Hello, I noticed my site emails are sending fine now, but the sender name does not look exactly how I want.

    Can I set one fixed “From Name” for all WordPress emails using WP Mail SMTP, or does each plugin control it separately?

    To answer your question: yes, you can absolutely set a single, consistent “From Name” for all your WordPress emails using WP Mail SMTP.

    In your WP Mail SMTP settings, you’ll find a field labeled From Name. Once you enter your preferred sender name there, simply enable the “Force From Name” option right below it. This ensures that your chosen name is applied to all outgoing emails across your site.

    When “Force From Name” is enabled, it overrides any sender name set by other plugins or WordPress itself. Without this option turned on, some plugins (like WooCommerce or form builders) may still use their own custom sender names, which can lead to inconsistencies.

    If you’re aiming for a clean and professional look across all emails, we recommend enabling this setting.
