To answer your question: yes, you can absolutely set a single, consistent “From Name” for all your WordPress emails using WP Mail SMTP.
In your WP Mail SMTP settings, you’ll find a field labeled From Name. Once you enter your preferred sender name there, simply enable the “Force From Name” option right below it. This ensures that your chosen name is applied to all outgoing emails across your site.
When “Force From Name” is enabled, it overrides any sender name set by other plugins or WordPress itself. Without this option turned on, some plugins (like WooCommerce or form builders) may still use their own custom sender names, which can lead to inconsistencies.
