# Sendgrid API Not Working

 * hi,
 * I have tried to create an embed widget with hustle,
 * it works fine with MailChimp, but it doesn’t work with Sendgrid which is my current
   EMS provider.
 * Each time I put the API key I get this error:
 * ‘No audience list defined for this account. Please, double check your settings
   are okay.’
 * no one can subscribe with the embed form!
 * – is there a fix somewhere?

 * We did multiple tests on our end and each time when there was a list the connection
   was successful, the only way we could replicate the issue is when there was no
   list created.
    Your SendGrid list page should look like this: [https://monosnap.com/file/cFILRl90Ctd3Z2NrSsqdjSLqoqx9UH](https://monosnap.com/file/cFILRl90Ctd3Z2NrSsqdjSLqoqx9UH)
   It must have one more list in addition to the default “global” list.
 * If you have a list added but the issue is still there can you please try disabling
   your other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if you’re able to
   connect after that?
