Title: Sending additional fields Last modified: May 3, 2018 --- # Sending additional fields * Resolved [bbackerry](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bbackerry/) * (@bbackerry) * [8 years ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sending-additional-fields/) * Hello, * I’ve referred to [https://kb.mc4wp.com/send-additional-cf7-fields-mailchimp/](https://kb.mc4wp.com/send-additional-cf7-fields-mailchimp/) in order to send to custom fields through a Contact Form 7 form, but I’m not getting anything on Mailchimp’s end. * I’m using WP4MC Version 4.2.1, on WordPress Version 4.9.5. Here’s the form’s fields relevant to wp4mc: [hidden mc4wp-FORMNAME “FORMNAME Test Value”] [hidden mc4wp-PAGEFROM “PAGEFROM Test Value”] [mc4wp_checkbox “Yes, I want to receive newsletter updates”] * And here’s a screenshot of the Mailchimp fields * > [View post on imgur.com](https://imgur.com/RJyXm7T) * I tried using [text] fields instead of [hidden] ones to no avail. The other fields such as email, first name and last name are populated correctly.
