• I trying to send e-mail to my subscribers (50 accounts) via SMTP configuration. Everything works fine when system is sending auto e-mails for a new customers, dropped carts etc. But when I try to send any e-mail manually on the last step I can see disabled “Send” button without any other informations. Also can’t find any errors in my admin dashboard and system status. ANy ideas?

OK, my bad. I wanted to send e-mail only to 50 persons but in my database there was 15 000 persons, and limit for free plan is 500. I don’t want to use them and also I CAN’T because they were auto-imported store accounts, not individual decided. I think this is a bad UX sollution. There should be a notification under button or just let me send newsletter only up to 500 persons even if in my database is more than 500 accounts.

    Hi there @trde,

If you would like to send just to a subset of your subscribers, rather than all subscribers (including the auto-included Woo customer accounts), then the best option would be to put those subscribers on a separate List:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/282-create-a-list
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/294-managing-your-subscribers-list

Then when you are sending your newsletter, you can select just to send to that specific list.

    I hope this helps!
