# Sending email issue

 * Hi,
 * I am having an issue with emails sending from my website. It never used to be
   an issue (or at least I hadn’t noticed recently) until I wanted to reset a user’s
   password who has admin access and the email just wasn’t coming through.
 * Deleted the account and re-added it again, still no email coming through about
   the account being created. Tried signing into the wp-admin portal with the new
   admin account but it doesn’t recognise the login details.
 * Googled the issue and people spoke about setting up smtp on the website which
   is already in place. I am using WP Mail SMTP and have the API key set up plus
   the sending domain. I am using Brevo on it. Even the test email will not arrive.
 * I just have no idea what else I can do to fix the issue. I’d like to reiterate,
   that this used to work with no problems.

 * Sounds to me more like a problem with WP Mail SMTP, which you seem to have already
   configured. I would therefore recommend that you contact their support forum:

 * I see that you are using Brevo, did you make sure your Brevo account is still
   active?
 * Brevo deletes account if no one logs in every now and then (I think it is like
   1 month or 2 months).
 * If your Brevo account is active, you should receive the test email when you are
   testing via the WP SMTP plugin..

 * Yes, my Brevo account is active as I logged into it last night. But the test 
   email never comes through.
