• Hello
I have a little question : when a comment is posted on an article, a mail is sent to the author of the article.
Is ther a way (feature, plugin or hack) to send this mail to the admin instead of the author ? (my blog is used in an intranet, there is no way to get spam, and I would like to be warned by mail of each comment)
    Thanx and regards
    Totoro

  • In the Admin section Options->Discussion, check E-Mail me Whenever anyone posts a comment that will send an email to the admin everytime a comment is made.

Thanx for your answer, I tried your trick but I still got an issue : I’ve checked “E-Mail me Whenever anyone posts a comment”, but I still don’t get an email if I’m not the author of the article.

    Regards

No answer for totoro but I did update Admin Discussion Options to reflect fact post author (not blog admin) receives the email when comments are posted.

so ? nobody could help ?

    any new ideas on that?
I would like to inform the author of a post AND the admin of a new comment.
