Sending three same confirmation e-mail at the same time bug

    This plugin sends three same confirmation e-mail when the new user registered with checkbox of mailchimp newsletter.

    This must just send 1 email confirmation and not more. How to fix this?

    When the registration completed it sends 3 (three) same e-mail confirmation messages to users e-mail..
    Very annoying..

    Hi Yiggory,

    Did you perhaps select 3 separate MailChimp lists to subscribe to? In that case, MailChimp will send out double opt-in confirmation emails for each of those lists, there’s really not much we can do to prevent that from happening besides disabling double opt-in (not recommended).

    Why mailchimp dont recommend disabling double opt-in option?

    I looked at mailchimp list and saw just one (1) list located on there. So there is not 3 seperate mailchimp lists to subscribe to..

    Hi There,

    I am getting same error sending mails 3 times for double opt in.

    Is there any fix for this?

    2. Email before download
    3. MailChimp for WordPress
