Sends 1 Batch And Stops

    PROBLEM: Newsletter blasts stop sending after the first batch of sends.

    ANALYSIS: Refreshing the newsletters settings page triggers a batch send (progress jumps a percentage) but only 1 batch per refresh; it appears that doing so forces the next cron job to start.

    TRIED: Setting external cron job in cpanel but problem persist. Also installed a cron manager which does show alo_em_batch ready within 5 minutes but it doesn’t fire.

    Its been working fine for 200+ blast and all of a sudden…??

    Any ideas or point in the right direction would be appreciated.

    Hi kpenn, sorry for delay…
    In the past sometimes I had some reports about other plugins that affect (and break) the WP cron.
    Maybe a plugin that has scheduled jobs (e.g. backup, notifications…) could be cause of conflict.
    I suggest that you try disabling other plugins to see if it solve the issue.

    which cron manager did you use kpenn?
