Sends duplicate email after validation error

    Hi,
    for some reason the forms are starting sending out duplicate emails after the user has received an validation error after filling it out (for example after entering emailaddress incorrectly) and when filling it out successfully – the recipient receives 2(or sometimes more) copies of the same email.

    Could it be a cookie/cache-problem, that the information from the first try is somehow stored and upon successfully sending the email, the old information gets sent?

    Any help would be really appriciated, thanks!

    Contact Form 7 doesn’t send mail when validation errors happen. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme to rule out interfering.
