 *  Is it possible to make this pluging work Manually ?
 *  when i finish creating post i just Tick the subscription widget input
    Then 
   it send email if not dosent send it !

 * You can send manual emails from Subscribe2->Send Email in the WordPress admin
   area.

 *  i think i already found solution
 *  you have to Tick this check box : Disable email notifications is checked by 
   default on authoring pages?
 *  then the post widget wil be disable by default and u hvae to untick it when 
   u want the post to be sent
