SEO and code generating text.
-
I have the plugin Tablepress (which is brilliant) – you just simply add a small code to a post or page for a table, and the browser will produce the data assigned to the code.
The table is created in the admin area. Every time you edit the table, the contents of the table is changed on the page where the code has been inserted.
This is brilliant for adding fresh information on the fly, such as sales campaigns and the like.
My question is, although the code is only about 13 characters, would a search engine only ‘read’ the code, or would it read the data that has been added in the admin side?
I have read somewhere that search engines love generated feeds, which is basically what tablepress is.
Hope I’ve explained this okay.
Would appreciate your thoughts as obviously, I don’t know a lot about how search engines capture the data.
