 * Hello to all,
    I am a novice in the sector and for this I need your help.
 * I created my site and I would like to index better for search engines. I created
   my site with wordpress starting from a theme. The theme uses a builder (WPBakery)
   to compose the pages.
 * Although I follow all the suggestions of Yoast SEO continues to give me nonexistent
   errors.
 * **The key phrase set is:** _Personal Trainer Milano_
 * **Yoast SEO message:**
    _Problems (4)_
    1. Outbound links: there are no outbound links on this page. We suggest you add
       some.
    2. Key phrase in the introduction: the key phrase you have chosen or its synonyms
       do not appear in the first paragraph. Make sure your readers understand the 
       topic right away.
    3. Key phrase distribution: very irregular. Many parts of your text do not contain
       the key phrase or its synonyms. We suggest you distribute them more regularly.
    4. Key phrase in subtitles: use more key phrases or their synonyms in higher level
       subtitles!
 * If you check you will see that the key phrase is present just below the slider
   and the outgoing links are also present.
