  • Hi Jsuomi,

Not at this time, but thanks for the great video suggestion. We don’t have substantial documentation on the SEO options available at this time but will try to get back to you with more information soon.
Are you using the pretty permalinks and XML sitemap url features? These features are used to improve your catalogue’s SEO.

It is also worth noting that some users also choose to exclude the “List” layout for SEO purposes, so that the product description for each product isn’t in the source code for the main product page.

Your readme.txt lists “SEO friendly single product pages” as a premium feature. How are they created (e.g. dynamically-every time or once for static placement)? If they are static, what subdirectory are they located in? Can search engines crawl the pages for indexing? Thanks

    Hi Jsuomi,

The product pages are created dynamically, like normal WordPress pages. Search engines are able to crawl the product pages normally, again like they would with any other WordPress pages.

The main SEO premium features are:
    – SEO-friendly permalinks (“Pretty Permalinks” option)
    – integration with the popular “SEO By Yoast” plugin
    – the ability to change the product page titles to include product names, category names and sub-category names as desired, again using the SEO By Yoast plugin integration
    – XML sitemap of all products
