# Sequential order #’s

 * Is there a way to have sequential order numbers, without gaps? I am assuming 
   order # is using post id.
 * Currently the order numbers have gaps between them. For example, we have the 
   following orders:
 * #1663
    #1665 #1669 #1672
 * We would like them to be in order, i.e.
 * #1663
    #1664 #1665 #1666
 * Is this something you can address in your next release? It makes sense to have
   orders without gaps in the nubmering, so we can identify any issues with missing
   orders.
