Hello,

We also have 2 problems:
1. we use an import of about 30k products, it loads very hard, in about 30 hours, only 7k products have been uploaded – how can we make it upload much faster?
2. the product descriptions are uploaded to the website with diacritics but the server blocks them, i.e. it shows the very ugly text, it is not legible – I also left a link above.
Please help us as soon as possible to resolve the situation!
