Serious issue with Mailchimp

    Error says:
    Unable to load lists() from MailChimp: (104) API Key can not be blank

    But I have a api key installed and it says connected.
    I tried to make other ones but get the same error.

    I even removed the whole plugin via FTP. But the error stays. I reinstalled the plugin and still the same message.

    This error seems so serious that I can’t even upload images to the the site any longer.

    I had two MailChimp plugins: one for WordPress and one for Woo-Commerce. One of the plugins did not have the API code entered. Once I entered the code, the error went away.

    Hi there,

    This error is not coming from my plugin so @youngef was right, remove the other plugin or enter the API key in the other plugin and it should work.

    My plugin its name is “MailChimp for WP”.

    Should the other plugin also use this name, kindly let me know as I will contact the author. Been getting this support requests multiple times this week which is frustrating as it’s an issue in his plugin, not in mine.
