 * Hello,
 * I get the following error
 * “Server configuration error
    On your server installed GD or Imagick library does
   not support WebP format. Please read the plugin FAQ and check your server configuration
   here. Compare it with the configuration given in the requirements of plugin in
   the FAQ. Please contact your server administrator.”
 * I contacted the hosting support and they said they enabled everything. This is
   the configuration: [https://crawlspaces.com/phpinfo.php](https://crawlspaces.com/phpinfo.php)
 * I told them I do not see WebP support and the plugin is still not working and
   they answered in the following way:
 * > **Support:** That is the plugin related option, that needs Imagick library,
   > which is already enabled.
   > **Me:** mm not sure what you mean… the plugin authors gave this configuration
   > here as an example (we are particularly interested in the red blocks)

   > and I see jpeg and png enabled here
   > [https://crawlspaces.com/phpinfo.php](https://crawlspaces.com/phpinfo.php)
   > but no WebP enabled
   > what do you mean it’s plugin related option?

   > end.
 * Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
 * Thank you!

 * Hi [@kpeu3e](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kpeu3e/),
 * Thank you for your message.
 * The plugin requires `GD` library or `Imagick` library. You have the `GD` library
   on your server, but it does not support WebP – `WebP Support` option is missing_(
   marked in red in the [correct configuration](https://gbiorczyk.pl/webp-converter/serverinfo.png))_.

 * This is exactly what I’ve told them and they told me this…

 * [@kpeu3e](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kpeu3e/) In that case, change hosting
   🙂
