# Server Down- Need Database Files

 * I am using vr.org to host my site. I have run out of funds to keep the server
   up and running, but I have a contact that will host my site for free. Is there
   a way to access my database files without actually accessing my wp.admin site?
   I haven’t backed up the database in a while because I have auto backup. Please
   let me know, thank you!

 *  Sounds like you’re out of luck. If the files are on the server, and you didn’t
   back them up at anytime, and you can’t access the server….well…you know… Maybe
   it would be quicker to just recreate the site somewhere else?
