 * We are getting this sort of error across the website:
    —— *** QuickLaTeX cannot
   compile formula: G_2
 * *** Error message:
    Unknown error ——-

 * …If not resolved soon, I’ll need to de-activate the plugin to get rid of the 
   big error notices on the pages. If you see the $G_2$ code instead of the big 
   error notices, it means that I de-activated plugin. Thanks.

 * QuickLaTeX server is up and working fine. In general, our uptime is ~100%. So
   that any issues are usually related to other reasons.
 * Have you updated plugin to the newest version (please do)?
    Do you set “Cache
   images locally” to ON?

 * The ‘Cache images locally’ is ON. We are at 3.8.5. We are on a university multisite
   WordPress, so I have asked them to update to 3.8.6.
 * Will let you know if that fixes it. — Why would this suddenly start happening?
   They are running WordPress 4.9.9 — perhaps it was recently updated.
