 * After installation of Burst, I am receiving server errors on the plugin’s dashboard.
   Specifically: “Server Error: The response is not a valid JSON response.” [Here is a photo](https://i.imgur.com/eg8Vynm.png).

 * Hi [@sleepingsage](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sleepingsage/),
 * Sorry for my late reply. This usually means there is a php error on the server.
   Can you install the ‘wp debugging’ plugin, then load burst statistics, then post
   the php errors you get in the logs here?
 * This way we can see what is causing the problem.

 * Hi [@nigihayami](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nigihayami/),
 * If you can do the same:
    install the ‘wp debugging’ plugin, then load burst statistics,
   then post the php errors you get in the logs here.
 * That will help us find the issue on your website.

 * I have the answer : it’s Malwarebytes Browser Guard wich lock the JSON scripts
   that’s all. After disabling the Firefox plugin everything works well.

 * I have the solution : private window browser wich is not controlled by Malwarebytes
   plugin, moreover autorize the website in the control panel of Malwarebytes.

   Where
   specifically should I look for PHP errors? I don’t actually see anything error
   related within this plugin.

 * Hi [@sleepingsage](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sleepingsage/),
 * After enabling the WP Debugging plugin, you can re-visit the Burst Dashboard
   and the front-end of the site a few times; and then check whether this has resulted
   in any errors being logged in the debug logfile.
 * If not, I would also recommend testing whether the issue persists with Burst
   Statistics as the only activated plugin on the site (to further narrow down the
   potential causes).
 * In addition, please verify whether this issue also occurs when you visit the
   Burst Dashboard in a fresh _Incognito/Private Browsing_ window in your browser,
   to avoid any browser extensions (such as the one mentioned above) from affecting
   the behavior.
 * If you want, you may also provide an URL to the website in question; so that
   we can take a look at the front-end of your site and check if we can find any
   other clues as to the cause of the behavior.
 * Let me know if there are any further updates. Kind regards, Jarno
