 * I found a problem in a customer website.

 * Whenever I want to edit or create an access level it returns
    Server Error 403
   Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document.
 * Ii is about this plugin or server?

 * Do you have an error log that contains anything about the issue?
    To rule out
   a plugin compatibility, would it be possible to disable all other plugins temporarily
   and see if that resolves the problem? If it doesn’t, can you tell me if you are
   using any other firewall/caching/membership/role manager plugin?
 * Also, can you verify that the file permissions on your site are set properly?

    I am trying to edit a stage that already exists
