# Server Error 404 when saving

 * I can’t edit or add any more elements to my pages. This is the second page I 
   can’t edit on this site. If I add any element, or even change a container background
   colour, when saving it throws server error 404 or 400. I have done everything
   in your support page about this [https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-404-page-or-page-not-found-error-messages/](https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-404-page-or-page-not-found-error-messages/).
 * What I tried:
    1. updating permalinks and changing to plain structure.
    2. memory limit is 512MB.
    3. switch the front-end editor loader method
    4. Enable zlib. Output_compression
    5. deactivating all plugins except Elementor.
    6. WP Optimize.
    7. Using other php versions – 8.0 , 8.1 , 8.2

 * I also tried a fresh htaccess file, disabling ModSecurity and define wp posts
   revisions to 10.

 * I’m trying to get this resolved by the ticket system in Elementor’s website. 
   It’s been 7 hours since my first ticket and all the help I got was a video of
   Elementor’s staff adding a SINGLE heading and text editor and saying it is “resolved”.
   They were editing my page for more than an hour.
   I can only assume they were 
   recording the least amount of edits possible that don’t cause the 400/404 server
   error to send a video as “proof” to me. This is beyond ridiculous…
