 * Keep getting the following error message : The website encountered an error while
   retrieving [http://www.risbj.com/jonnycakecenter/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fjonnycakecenter%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php](http://www.risbj.com/jonnycakecenter/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fjonnycakecenter%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php).
   It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
 * It occurds when trying to access customize, background or header through through
   Appearance.

 * That option isn’t listed. Also, doesn’t matter which theme I have active, it’s
   still the same block. So maybe it’s something in the php coding?

 * You can re-install WordPress. If you are still having problem you will need to
   get someone to look into it for you.

 * Finally figured it out. Went through plugins and started deactivating and updating
   them until I got the fix. Thanks Denzel for the input.
