# Server Error

 * Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
   and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator,
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available
   in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was 
   encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request. Only
   thing I change was in Settings , General – Word Press address (URL) and Site 
   address (URL) I have now received this error. Could you please assist to correct
   this error thank you?

 * I would follow the steps to [change your site URL](https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL#Changing_the_URL_directly_in_the_database)
   directly in the database back to what it previously was. That should bring your
   site back.
