 * If i update your plugin on my site (say just changing a setting) the site will

 * I dont know why it is doing it but i cant really have my hole network down for
   just making a update.

 * Hey i dont know i have deleted the plugin. And just replaced all the wordpress
   admin image branding with my own now my hole multi site installation is branded
   at once.
