 * The robots.txt is just a file that search bots look for when visiting your site.
   Do a google search on it and you can create your own. Without a link the other
   is harder to diagnose. What happens when you try to link to those permalinks?
   Are you able to see your feeds?

 * Thanks! For those who want to know the resolution of the /feed/atom/ file not
   found problem … I had forgotten to put htaccess files with the permalink rewrite
   rules in some of my wp directories.
