 * We get an error when we try so place the gift card product in the cart.
 * 502 Gateway Error. I opened a ticket but no answer from the support.

 * Sorry to hear that you are having trouble.
 * Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin. If this solves 
   the problem gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic
   plugin.
