# Server error when completing purchase

 * Since yesterday, my customers have been seeing the message “An error occurred
   while connecting to the server. Please try again.” when trying to complete checkout
   using Stripe. I tried rolling back to Woocommerce 8.4.0, didn’t work. I tried
   restoring my site to two days ago, it didn’t work. I tried unchecking the order
   attribution checkbox, that didn’t work either.
 * I’ve spoken to Stripe and my web host and both are saying they see no error logs,
   and must be a Woo issue.
 * Yesterday my WP upgraded from 6.3.2 to 6.4.2 so I thought this caused the issue,
   but now I’ve reverted to 6.3.2 and the issue is still persisting.

   Status Report**, that will help us further troubleshoot.
 * You can find it via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then`
   Copy for support`. Once you’ve done that, you could copy and paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.
 * If you could also provide the **fatal error logs** (if any) under `WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs`.
