# Server Errors

 * I’m still getting the following error often when trying to access my blog or 
   to log into the dashboard:
 * Server Error500 – Internal server error.
    There is a problem with the resource
   you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
 * I cannot seem to find where I can fix this issue.

 * Try [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

 * Ok, tried resetting by FTP with those instructions with no luck.

 * It’s been happening for awhile. Almost shortly after uploading wordpress to my
   FTP. I randomly cannot access my website/blog and dashboard at all.

 * Have you tried switching to the default theme? Have you spoken to your hosting
   provider. It might be a server issue at their end.
