 * If we are sending 200 SMS messages using Twilio, how much load will that put 
   on our server?

 * Sending the bulk SMS in Twilio with Notify service will probably take around 
   20 seconds.

 * In this case, you can use the regular sending SMS for bulk but probably doesn’t
   allow you to have more than ~20 requests per minute.
 * Anyway, we’re trying to implement a new mechanism to sending Bulk SMS even the
   API doesn’t support the Bulk SMS.
