    Hi!
    Sorry that this response is coming a bit late.
    The screenshots you’ve provided shows that the necessary functions and modules are enabled, but that does not seem to be taking effect in your hosting environment. This could be due to:

    • Not restarting PHP-FPM, or even the server itself after making changes to PHP configuration.
    • The active PHP version on your site is different from the one your hosting provider checked or modified

    Try confirming the above possibilities.

    Also try reinstalling the plugin, to exhaust all options.

    Let us know if anything changes.

    I have done all these, including a settings wipe before uninstalling the plugin. After reinstalling, nothing changed.

    That’s really strange.
    Please send us a copy of your sites Status report from WPO > Settings > System Status > Download report. You can edit and modify any sensitive information in the report before sending (replacing such with *****).

    Having that report will help us gain more insight into your server and plugin setup.

    By the way, where is your site hosted?
