 * Hi,
    I was wondering will this plugin affect page load speed and does it use 
   a lot of server resources/database queries?.

    Thanks for choosing
   IntellyWP products.
 * the affect to the page load speed is minimum, our plugin generate a simple link
   for each related post and we use the native WordPress function to connect to 
   the database.
