 * Hi,
    I always get the error message: Your server time: Thursday, 17-Jan-13 14:
   20:18 UTC Twitter’s time: There was an error querying Twitter’s servers.If these
   timestamps are not within 5 minutes of each other, your server will not connect
   to Twitter.
 * but in the php.ini the time is correct.
 * What can I do?

 * The error is actually in connecting to the Twitter server’s — you’re not actually
   getting an error with an incorrect time, but an error that you can’t connect 
   to Twitter to get the time from their server.
 * Try switching to HTTP queries; frequently, a failure to connect is caused because
   your server isn’t configured to make HTTPS queries.
 * The toggle for that is towards the bottom of the Advanced settings.
