   I have a notifcation message with the following message:
 * May 21 2026 04:23:37: Error occurred while checking account status. SERVER_ERROR
   NO: 5 MSG: Internal API error.
   Any suggestions?Cheers

 * One of the following actions may help resolve the issue:
    - Please update the plugin to the latest version 6.79.
    - Check if the CleanTalk IP addresses are available from your web server: [https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses#anti-spam](https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses#anti-spam).
    - Check if CURL support and allow_url_fopen (in php.ini) options are available
      and enabled on your web server. You can ask your webmaster or hosting provider
      about this.
    - WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings
      → change the “Use WordPress HTTP API” option → Save Changes.
    - Clear your website cache (plugin cache).
      After each action, click “Synchronize
      with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears,
      and refresh the page.And I want to note that this is a public forum, and it
      is better not to specify your site.
