# SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Params bad.

 * I did a malware scan of my website BTOportraits.com. The scan showed 4 CRITICAL
   problems. I checked each box and chose the “send for analysis” option. During
   the send process I get an error message “SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Params bad.”
   Looks like I won’t be able to send to you for analysis SO can you run the scan
   on your end and tell me how dangerous this malware is.

 * This error could occur if you tried to send files for analysis during the scan.
   Please specify your case.

 * No. I waited till the scan was complete before I checked the boxes and “send 
   for analysis”.

 * Sorry about the false alarm. I just rescanned the site and it found no problems
   at all. Although I see that it didn’t scan as many files as it did the first 
   time.
    I’ll follow your advice about the support ticket.
