Service dont send CODe email

    Hi, we have some projects in where we have installed your WP 2FA plugin. In some of them works fine and fails in anothers. There is no any reason, is a random behave. We have checked the WP is sending other emails (SMTP test, woocommerce status, etc)

    Do you have a list of incompatible plugins to start deactivating and test again?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. We are not aware of any incompatibility issues with other plugins. So let’s start with some troubleshooting. First, let’s check if the plugin is generating the email.

    To start off with, do the test emails from the plugin work?

    Also, can you please:

    1) install the Email Log plugin
    2) try to log in so the plugin sends an email

    Do you see a copy of the email in the logs?
