# Session destroyed bug

 * I have removed off the plugin off my sites for serious bug in the plugin causing
   global sessions to be destroyed. Does the latest version 0.2.3 fix that?

 * Could you please clarify what you mean by the session being destroyed?
 * The only reason a session would end, is if the visitor has had no activity on
   the site for an extended period of time.

 * I can confirm that this update has solved the bug. Except for adding the new “
   powered by tawk.to” I could have been happy with it. The main reason for choosing
   your company is the brand-free free option. Thanks though.

   the “powered by tawk.to” link on our widget since the first day we launched, 
   back in 2013.
 * We recently launched an Add-on that allows you to remove that for $9/month.
