Hi,
What WooCommerce version have you installed?Have you installed another plugins which changes the prices or the currency?
Hi,
My WooCommerce version is 2.4.4
I am using WPML plugin but no else plugin, that can change price or the currency. I tried to gradually turn off all plugins, but without effect. On my website is only one product in 3 variations so it is easy to observe changes.
I have done many test in my development environment and I didn’t found any bug. Can you give me access to your wp installation for debug the plugin?
You can send me access data by here

Thank you in advance.
Hello again, I think it may be due to a known bug with WPML compatibility.
I’m working to solved it. I would be helpful your WP test environment to debug.
Hi Oscar,
I’m using WP 4.3. I use the Currency Converter plugin also which adds a currency selection widget to my site.
My issue is that I have set prices in GBP and set the EUR exchange rate to 1.2. When I activate the country based plugin the prices both change and
e.g. Original price of a product set to £4.5
Once activated / exchange rate at 1.2 they change to £4.68 and €6.60I have also selected the geolocation option but when I logged in on a different computer it displayed Euros despite being located in London.
Any help appreciated 🙂
Hello,
Sure I will share my WP admin access. You can test it as you want but keep maintanace mode enabled please. If you want to change manual price for product, you have to temporary disable WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. With enabled visual composer it is not possible to edit product variations – that´s bug of VC.I have done deeper reserch and I agree thet it is conflict with WPML. I try to describe my observation:
– I have 6 languages version of my website: English – default language, Czech, Polish, German, Italian, French
– WPML creates languages in folders: .com is for english | .com/de is for german | .com/pl is for polish | ect…1) My default Zone is Czech republic. Manual price for Czech Rep. works only on czech language site. On other language sites is applyed exchange rate.
2) Second Group is Poland. Manual price for Poland works only on english language site. On other language sites is applyed exchange rate.
3) Third Group is EU “A” countries: example for Germany which is in this group. Manual price for Germany works only on english language site. On other language sites is applyed exchange rate.
4) In other groups problem situation is similar. Manual price works only on english language site. On other languages is applyed exchange rate.
Hi Oscar,
Thank you for your prompt responses. Please let mi know when do you think fixed version of plugin will be available?I just want to decide if is better for me to keep website in maintanance mode and wait for upgrade. Or to publish website with some temporary solution?
Thank you
