 * WordPress schedules work on actual seconds and not set times like 8pm. Easiest
   way is to figure out the difference and use that in the Start Scheduling Delay
   field.
 * For instance if it’s 4pm server time and you want it to start posting at 8pm 
   set the delay to 4 hours.
