    I added the SMTP2GO service provider’s API and it prompted a sending failure. I then consulted SMTP2GO for the reason and they told me that they didn’t see any connections from that API key. What’s going on?

    hi @chengjianping,

    I am glad to help.

    The first step here is to send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools to a couple email addresses.

    • If they go out fine, it means the WP Mail SMTP plugin is configured properly.
    • If you get an on-screen error there is a “See Full Error Log” button if you scroll a bit, click it to see more details about the error.
    • If you get a warning, there are links and or instructions on how to fix things.

    Please share the results of the test here. That could give us a better idea of what might be going on.
