Set-up Error on Second Site

    My first site set-up was easy. Can’t get the second figured out. Getting the following error. I an not seeing the google-sitemap-generator file under plugins file. Here is the error. Any suggestion?

    open_basedir restriction in effect
    this is a host “security” feature
    ask them what you need to do to allow the procedure
