# Setting availability by default

 * Is there a way to set the availability (and price) for rooms by default?
 * Right now, it seems like I have to go through each month and assign the rooms
   as available, and set the price, before they can be booked. But it seems like
   I should be able to set the default availability and price and have that perpetuate
   into the future, so I don’t have to do each month manually.

 * Before the month, there is an option that will let you change the year, so you
   can set it for one or more years.

 * Those arrows to change the year do not appear on my version.

 * also, I’m not sure how that would address my issue. I don’t see how that would
   automate the process of setting availability anyway.
