Setting limits for product editing

Hello.
I want to limit the order manager’s account as below.
1. Management of orders
2. Only the stock of the product can be modified

In the first case, the setting was completed smoothly.
But I’m having trouble setting up the second one.

I want to limit the ability to edit the title, description, etc. of the product, and set only the quantity to be editable.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to set this up.
